"Co-licensed products"

Sec. 4.1. As used in this chapter, "co-licensed products" means pharmaceutical products: (1) that have been approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration; and (2) concerning which two (2) or more parties have the right to engage in a business activity or occupation concerning the pharmaceutical products.
