Sec. 29. (a) A third party logistics provider located in another state seeking to engage in third party logistics of legend drugs in Indiana must be licensed with the board. (b) To obtain a license from the board, an out-of-state third party logistics provider must provide the following to the board: (1) Documentation that the out-of-state third party logistics provider is licensed as a third party logistics provider by: (A) the state from which the out-of-state third party logistics provider engages in third party logistics of legend drugs, if that state licenses third party logistics providers; or (B) the federal Food and Drug Administration. (2) An inspection report under section 30 of this chapter, dated not more than five (5) years from the date of application for a license from the board, issued by: (A) the licensing authority in the state where the third party logistics provider is located; or (B) a third party inspection provider. (3) Payment of any reasonable fee required by the board.
