Violations of chapter; license revocation; penalties

Sec. 22. (a) The board, upon a showing of a violation of this chapter, may revoke, suspend, or limit a license issued under this chapter after a proceeding under IC 4-21.5 .       (b) After a proceeding under IC 4-21.5 , the board may assess a civil penalty against a licensed wholesale drug distributor of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each occurrence. If the licensed wholesale drug distributor fails to pay the civil penalty within the time specified by the board, the board may suspend the license without additional proceedings.
