Indiana Code § 25-26-14-10.5

"Third party logistics provider"

Sec. 10.5. As used in this chapter, "third party logistics provider" means an entity that: (1) provides or coordinates warehousing, distribution, or other services on behalf of a manufacturer, but does not take title to the legend drug or have general responsibility to direct the legend drug's sale or disposition; and (2) is licensed under this chapter.
