State of emergency; suspension of statutes

Sec. 32. If a state of emergency is declared by: (1) the governor under IC 10-14-3-12 ; or (2) the President of the United States; the board may, for the duration of the state of emergency, suspend the provisions of a statute or rule under this article that would prevent, hinder, or delay the appropriate delivery of pharmaceutical care.
