Sec. 15. The board shall renew a certificate issued under this chapter: (1) concurrently with the renewal of the optometrist's license to practice optometry; (2) upon payment of the renewal fee established by the board; and (3) upon completion of continuing education requirements established under section 10 of this chapter.
