Sec. 5. (a) The board shall adopt rules concerning the continuing education required for the renewal of a license under this chapter. (b) The rules must do the following: (1) Establish procedures for approving organizations that provide continuing education. (2) Prescribe the content, duration, and organization of continuing education courses that contribute to the general competence of installers. IC 25-23.7-7 Chapter 7.
