Board secretary; secretary duties

Sec. 1. The licensing agency shall provide the board with a competent person to serve as secretary of the board. The secretary is not a member of the board. The secretary, through the licensing agency, shall: (1) keep a complete and accurate record of all proceedings of the board; (2) keep a current file of all licenses and licensees; and (3) perform any other duties assigned by the board.
