Indiana Code § 25-23.7-3-5

Board meetings; quorum; majority vote required

Sec. 5. (a) The board shall meet at least two (2) times each calendar year upon the call of the chairperson or the written request of a majority of the members of the board.       (b) The chairperson shall establish the time and place for each meeting.       (c) A quorum of the board consists of a majority of the appointed members.       (d) Except as otherwise provided in this article, at least three (3) votes are necessary for the board to take official action.
