Indiana Code § 25-23.6-11-3

False or forged information to obtain license

Sec. 3. (a) An individual may not knowingly present false or forged information or documents to the board for the purpose of obtaining a license under this article.       (b) An individual who violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor.
