Sec. 5. The committee shall: (1) consider the qualifications of persons who apply for licenses under this article; (2) provide for examinations required under this article; (3) license qualified persons; (4) propose rules to the board concerning the: (A) competent practice of occupational therapy; (B) continuing competency requirement for the renewal of a license for an occupational therapist and occupational therapy assistant; and (C) administration of this article; and (5) recommend to the board the amounts of fees required under this article.
