Meetings; quorum

Sec. 4. (a) The committee shall meet at least one (1) time each year at the call of the chairperson.       (b) With the approval of the executive director of the licensing agency, the committee may meet upon: (1) the call of the chairperson; or (2) the request of a majority of the members of the committee.       (c) Two (2) members of the committee constitute a quorum.       (d) The affirmative vote of two (2) members of the committee is required for the committee to take action.
