Sec. 1. The agency shall establish and maintain an electronic health care volunteer registry of: (1) persons who intend to provide a health care service as described in IC 34-30-13-1.2 ; and (2) locations at which the provision of a health care service described in IC 34-30-13-1.2 is determined by the board to be appropriate.
