Sec. 1. (a) Subject to IC 25-1-2-6 (e), a license issued by the board is valid for four (4) years. (b) A license expires: (1) at midnight on the date established by the licensing agency under IC 25-1-6-4 , subject to IC 25-1-2-6 (e); and (2) every four (4) years thereafter, unless renewed before that date.
