Sec. 2. A plat showing streets, lots, blocks, or any subdivision of land in Indiana may not be: (1) approved by a county planning or zoning authority; or (2) accepted for transfer or recording by a county auditor or recorder; that has not been prepared or certified and sealed by the responsible professional surveyor.
