Sec. 14. (a) The board shall enforce and administer this article. (b) The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that are reasonably necessary to implement this article, including for the administration of the professional surveyor and surveyor intern investigative fund established under IC 25-21.5-11-4 , and establish standards for the competent practice of surveying.
