Sec. 2. Before reinstating a suspended certificate or permit under IC 25-1-11-14 , the board may require the applicant to show successful completion of specified continuing professional education or other actions, and the board may make the reinstatement of a certificate or permit conditional on satisfactory completion of a peer review specified by the board.
