Use of title or description by unlicensed persons

Sec. 3. A person may not engage in the public practice of geology or offer to publicly practice geology in Indiana or otherwise assume or advertise in any way a title or description tending to convey the impression that the person is a licensed professional geologist unless the person has been licensed under this article.   IC 25-17.6-8 Chapter 8.
