Application fee; deposit in fund

Sec. 7. (a) An applicant for licensure shall pay a nonrefundable fee established by regulation of the board.       (b) All fees paid to and collected by the board under this section and IC 25-17.6-5 shall be deposited in a fund under the jurisdiction of the board.       (c) The survey shall be: (1) designated to collect and disburse funds represented by the fees described in subsection (b); and (2) required to execute a bond, with corporate surety, in an amount to be determined by the board.   IC 25-17.6-5 Chapter 5.
