Sec. 2. (a) If the board believes that a person has engaged in or is about to engage in an act or practice that constitutes or will constitute a violation of section 1 of this chapter, the board may apply to a circuit or superior court for an order enjoining the act or practice. (b) If the board determines that a person has engaged in or is about to engage in an act or practice that constitutes or will constitute a violation of section 1 of this chapter, an injunction, a restraining order, or another appropriate order may be granted by the court.
