Sec. 1. (a) The board may conduct examinations under IC 25-14.5-4-1 (4) in a manner prescribed by the board. (b) The board may conduct any part of the examinations through a person other than the agency that is approved by the board. The agency may conduct any part of the examinations when so designated by the board.
