Sec. 1. To qualify for a license under this article, an individual must do the following: (1) Satisfy the requirements of IC 25-14.5-3 . (2) Satisfactorily complete an application for licensure, furnished by the board, in accordance with the rules adopted by the board. (3) Pay the application, examination, and licensure fees established by the board. (4) Except to the extent that section 4 of this chapter applies, successfully pass the qualifying examination adopted by the board as described in IC 25-14.5-5 .
