Indiana Code § 25-14-6-5

No requirement to administer immunizations

Sec. 5. (a) A dentist may not be required to: (1) administer an immunization; or (2) complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter; if the dentist chooses not to administer immunizations.       (b) If a dentist chooses not to administer immunizations, the dentist is not required to complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter to maintain a license to practice as a dentist in this state.   IC 25-14.3 ARTICLE 14.3.
