Sec. 1. This chapter does not apply to the following: (1) A dentist who has held an initial license for less than two (2) years. (2) A graduate student or a person in a resident program offered by an approved organization listed under section 2(13) of this chapter. (3) A person who is determined by the board as being unable to practice dentistry due to a disability. (4) A person who has been granted an inactive license under IC 25-14-1-27.1 .
