Display of name and license

Sec. 18. A dentist shall not fail to post, and keep conspicuously displayed, the dentist's name and license in the dental office wherein the dentist practices, in plain sight of the dentist's patients. If there are more dentists than one (1) practicing or employed in any dental office, the manager or proprietor of the office shall not fail to post and display the name and license of each dentist so practicing and so employed therein.
