Indiana Code § 25-11-1-14

Delegation by secretary of state

Sec. 14. The secretary of state may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary of state under this chapter to: (1) the securities commissioner appointed under IC 23-19-6-1 (a); or (2) any other designee under the supervision and control of the secretary of state.
