Sec. 3. (a) All examinations of applicants for a license to practice chiropractic shall be held at the times and places as the board shall direct. The application for a license shall be accompanied by an examination fee established by the board. (b) Any applicant failing in any examination and being refused a license shall be entitled to take a subsequent examination upon the payment of an additional examination fee fixed by the board. An applicant failing in any examination shall be entitled to take a subsequent examination at the next regular examination. Formerly: Acts 1955, c.42, s.3.
