Sec. 6. (a) Beginning in July 2014, and each five (5) years thereafter, the agency shall review the use of the registry by each profession on the registry to determine whether there is sufficient use of the registry to justify continuing the registration of each profession under this chapter. (b) If new professions are required by the general assembly to be registered by the agency, five (5) years after the addition of each profession, the agency shall review the use by the profession of the registry to determine whether there is sufficient use of the registry to justify continuing the registration of the profession under this chapter. (c) After a review required under subsection (a) or (b), the agency shall prepare a report with recommendations for the general assembly. A report under this subsection shall be submitted to the legislative council by October 1 of the year in which the report is required.
