Limitation of licensing agency's responsibilities and liability

Sec. 4. The licensing agency is not: (1) responsible for performing or required to perform any due diligence or review of the veracity of the information represented by an applicant under this chapter; (2) liable to any party in any capacity for any misrepresentation, fraud, or omission or other such conduct committed or caused by an applicant who applies for registration under this chapter; or (3) liable to any party in any capacity for any misrepresentation, fraud, or omission or other such conduct committed or caused by any individual who is registered under this chapter.
