Sec. 3. (a) There is established the Indiana professional licensing agency. The agency shall perform all administrative functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by law or rule to the executive director, secretary, or other statutory administrator of the entities described in IC 25-0.5-5 . (b) Nothing in this chapter may be construed to give the agency policy making authority, which authority remains with each board.
