Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "license" means: (1) an unlimited license, permit, certificate, or certificate of registration; (2) a temporary, limited, or probationary license, permit, certificate, or certificate of registration; (3) an intern permit; or (4) a provisional license; issued by the board regulating the regulated occupation in question. "Licensed" has a corresponding meaning.
