Sec. 15. The agency shall review and evaluate a proposal to license a new occupation upon the request of any of the following: (1) A member of the general assembly. (2) A legislative staff member on behalf of a member of the general assembly. (3) A member of the legislative services agency on behalf of a member of the general assembly.
