Indiana Code § 24-5-27.5-4

"Debit card"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "debit card" means any: (1) card; (2) plate; or (3) other single device; that may be used from time to time to access an asset account, regardless of whether authorization for the debit is based on a signature, a personal identification number, or other means.
