Sec. 19. As used in this chapter, "protected financial information" means any record of a: (1) sale; (2) purchase; (3) return; or (4) refund; that is made or processed with a payment card and that is retrieved, characterized, generated, labeled, sorted, or grouped based solely on the assignment of a firearms code.
