Indiana Code § 24-5-27-3

"Authorized fee"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "authorized fee" means a government authorized, but discretionary, fee: (1) that a provider must remit to a federal, state, or local government; and (2) with respect to which a provider is permitted, but not required, to pass through to consumers; for, or in connection with, intrastate inmate calling services.
