"Security freeze"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "security freeze" means a designation placed on a consumer's consumer report: (1) by a consumer reporting agency; and (2) at the request of the consumer; that prohibits the consumer reporting agency from releasing the consumer report without the authorization of the consumer.
