Final order; effective date; authority of department or court to stay, modify, or vacate

Sec. 123. (a) A final order issued under section 122 of this chapter is effective the eleventh day after the date the order is served. However, a final order issued upon consent under section 121 of this chapter is effective at the time specified in the order.       (b) A final order remains effective and enforceable as provided in the order.       (c) The department or a reviewing court may stay, modify, or vacate a final order.
