Sec. 112. (1) To the extent that his responsibility under this chapter requires, the commissioner of insurance shall issue rules with respect to insurers, and with respect to refunds ( IC 24-4.5-4-108 ), forms, schedules of premium rates and charges ( IC 24-4.5-4-203 ), and his approval or disapproval thereof and, in case of violation, may make an order for compliance. (2) IC 4-21.5-3 applies to and governs all agency action taken by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to this section. Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.366, SEC.5.
