Indiana Code § 24-4-24-5

"Genetic data"

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "genetic data" means any data, regardless of format, that: (1) results from the analysis of an individual's biological material, including analysis of: (A) the complete DNA; (B) regions of the DNA; (C) chromosomes; (D) genes; or (E) gene products; and (2) concerns an individual's genetic characteristics. The term does not include deidentified data.
