Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "consumer genetic testing provider" or "provider" means a person that, in the ordinary course of the person's business: (1) offers consumer genetic testing; or (2) collects, uses, or analyzes genetic data that: (A) results from a consumer genetic testing product or service; and (B) is provided to the person by a consumer; in exchange for consideration.
