Sec. 12. (a) If an adult oriented website operator publishes an adult oriented website in violation of section 10 of this chapter, any person may bring an action to seek injunctive relief. (b) A person that brings an action for injunctive relief under this section and prevails is entitled to: (1) injunctive relief; and (2) court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and other reasonable expenses of litigation, including expert witness fees.
