Indiana Code § 24-3-6-15

Civil penalty

Sec. 15. (a) A person who violates this chapter is liable for a civil penalty equal to the greater of: (1) five (5) times the value of the cigarettes involved in the violation; or (2) one thousand dollars ($1,000).       (b) A civil penalty under this section is in addition to any other penalty imposed.
