Continuing misappropriation commenced before September 1, 1982

Sec. 8. If a continuing misappropriation otherwise covered by this chapter began before September 1, 1982, the chapter does not apply to the part of the misappropriation that occurred before that date. It does apply to the part that occurs after August 31, 1982, unless the appropriation was not a misappropriation under the law displaced by this chapter.   IC 24-3 ARTICLE 3.
