Violations; civil investigative demand by attorney general

Effective 1-1-2026.       Sec. 1. Whenever the attorney general has reasonable cause to believe that any person has engaged in, is engaging in, or is about to engage in any violation of this article, the attorney general is empowered to issue a civil investigative demand to investigate the suspected violation.   IC 24-15-10 Chapter 10.
