Indiana Code § 24-14-2-3

"Automobile club"

Sec. 3. (a) "Automobile club" means a person that, for consideration, promises to assist its members or subscribers in matters relating to: (1) motor travel; or (2) the operation, use, or maintenance of a motor vehicle; by supplying services, which may include towing service, emergency road service, or indemnification service.       (b) The term includes: (1) a motor vehicle dealer; or (2) an insurance company; operating as an automobile club to provide any of the services described in subsection (a).
