Court's determination of intentional violation; CPAP provider entitled to funded amount only

Sec. 2. If a court with jurisdiction determines that a CPAP provider has intentionally violated the provisions of this article with regard to a specific CPAP transaction, the CPAP provider is entitled to recover only the funded amount provided to the consumer claimant in that CPAP transaction and is not entitled to any additional charges.   IC 24-12-6 Chapter 6.
