Sec. 9. A manager who fails to take reasonable steps to prevent a violation of this article: (1) by a mortgage loan originator who is supervised by the manager; or (2) that occurs at a branch office that is supervised by the manager; may subject the manager to discipline under IC 23-2.5-11 .
