Sec. 14. A unique identifier obtained by an individual from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System as required by IC 23-2.5-3-1 , IC 23-2.5-3-2 , and IC 23-2.5-3-3 may not be used for purposes other than the purposes set forth in the S.A.F.E.
