Loan broker license required

Sec. 1. (a) A person may not engage in the activities of a loan broker in Indiana unless the person first obtains a: (1) unique identifier from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System; and (2) loan broker license from the commissioner.       (b) A person desiring to engage in the activities of a loan broker shall apply to the commissioner for a loan broker license under this article.
