Sec. 39. "Unique identifier" means a number or other identifier that: (1) permanently identifies a: (A) loan broker; (B) mortgage loan originator; or (C) branch office; and (2) is assigned by protocols established by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and the federal financial institutions regulatory agencies (as defined in 12 U.S.C. 3350(6)) to facilitate the: (A) electronic tracking of; and (B) uniform identification of, and public access to: (i) the employment history of; and (ii) any publicly adjudicated disciplinary and enforcement actions against; a person described in subdivision (1).
